Introducing Amy Bono, Elkus Ranch Coordinator!
She’s Baaack!
Let us introduce Amy Bono, the new Ranch Coordinator at UC Elkus Ranch. Amy came from another local Environmental Education organization called The HEAL Project, where she was the Executive Director for ten years.
Amy started as the Ranch Coordinator in June, but this is not her first time at the Ranch. She was an educator at Elkus for ten years while her children were in school. Amy says, “It was a wonderful fit to have a job that I loved that worked within the school day of my children. And I am THRILLED to be back - it feels like a homecoming!”
Educational School Field Trips
Elkus Ranch sees over 7,000 students from the greater San Francisco Bay Area each year as a field trip destination. For reservations and questions regarding an educational school field trip please contact our Ranch Coordinator via email: abono@ucanr.edu
