Program Fees
UC Elkus Ranch is an ideal outdoor classroom for your school or group! Our friendly livestock animals, gardens, historic barns and acres of open space provide the perfect setting for students to connect with nature and learn about environmental stewardship. Day and overnight educational programs are available and a pricing breakdown is listed below. As a certified 501(c)3 nonprofit, we strive to keep our prices affordable for all groups.
2024-2025 school year price increase
(starting Sept. 1st, 2024)
- Preschool: 2-hour ranch tour program (typically 9:30am-11:30am)
- $10.00 per person (children and adults), no charge for teachers
- Kindergarten - 12th Grade /Homeschoolers: 3-hour ranch tour program (10am-1pm)
- $12.00 per student, no charge for teachers/para-aids and first 3 adult chaperons per class.
- $15.00 per additional adult chaperones
- Lunch at the Ranch (2nd-8th grades): 4-hour nutrition program (9:30am-1:30pm)
- $25.00 per person (children and adults). No charge for teacher and first 6 adult chaperones.
- $15.00 per additional adult chaperones
- Overnight Program: (10am-9am)
- Morning educational program (10am-12:30pm)
- Afternoon ranch chores (1:00-3:00pm)
- Departure at 10am the following day
- $40.00 per student. No charge for adults
- Non-school educational programs (scouts, 4-H, etc.)
- $15.00 per child. No charge for first 3 adult chaperones.
- $15.00 per additional adult chaperones
A minimum charge of $150.00 applies to all programs.
